I also take One a Day Womens...on the bottle it does not list any calories. I have also read some message boards and none of them mention calories. And if they do I am sure it is a very minute amount. So, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Doesn't mean you should take extra, though. You can overdose on certain vitamins.

Look on the back of the bottle, there should be a nutrition guide, which will show you the amount of calories per serving. I'm assuming that a single serving is one vitamin. But divide the total calories by the number of pills per serving. That will give the total calories.
