How can I reduce bloating???!


Question: I'm pretty thin but I've always had tummy problems and my belly gets bloated super easy and quick. Besides not drinking soda, how else can I reduce bloating? Thanks in advance!

Avoid foods high in sodium - it makes you retain extra water. In fact ,cutting out most of your sodium makes a HUGE difference.

also, eating 6 small meals a day instead of three keeps your stomach from ever getting TOO full ( as well as keeps your energy high all day) so it never looks bloated.

cut back on the salt and drink lots of water. oh, and fiber can bloat you too--watch what kinds of fiber you consume.

do about 100 sit ups a day
dont eat red meats
drink lots of water and eat fruits a veg,simple =] and dont chew gum!

Don't put off going to the bathroom. This can cause gas and discomfort. It used to happen to me in high school, and once I realized what was causing my tummy aches, I started answering the call of nature right away. No more bloating or pain! Yeah ! .

omg im like that too...only i look pregnant!...sumtimes nothing will work...ive had to go to the doctor cuz my stomach is unusually distended...just try eating lots of whole grains, less salt, and also more fruits too...and gum is bad!
