Master Cleanser. (google it). If you follow the rules and don't cheat you not only lose weight, but get all the toxins out of your body. I used this when I was getting clean, it really helped.

Most of the diet aid that is available in the market may not work for all.
u have to know ur body,what is acceptable and what not.

some are good for you some are not.
e.g
To some eating curd gives them cough to others it acts as a coolant.

u prepare ur own list.

Wow.. okay don't read what the posters above me wrote. So rude, mainly the first one!

Well I think the BEST diet is to obviously eat healthier foods and exercise, but you probably know that already.

However, some simple tricks have worked for me.
1. Don't eat past 6 PM, or even better only have a SMALL dinner thats 200 calories or less.
2. Instead of drinking water, drink green tea. Drinking a lot of green tea helps you burn about 70 calories a day, so that's like unconsciously losing 7 pounds a year!
3. If you ever want to snack on something but you're not HUNGRY, then chew gum!!!
