I know for a fact as i have reserached this, that the lowest calorie chinese food you can buy is a medium bowl of chicken and sweetcorn soup with only 180 calories and it fills you up big time!!

stick to the steamed rice and vegetable dishes. They can still have a lot of oil the veggies though so portion control and you'll be fine.

Anything that is not fried, steamed rice and veggies are the best way to go, really.

Most places will steam your food and put a little soy sauce on the side for you. Almost anything you get cooked that way will be low in calories. Obviously, it will taste different, though, but it isn't bad. I order it that way sometimes.

You could eat chinese vegetables, or fish, etc. Even noodles. If you are going to a resturant ask them about it what kind of calories or fat are in them, etc. If you are buying it yourself and making it, read the product for the fat, sugar, calories, etc.
Hope that helps.

Seafood bee hoon soup :)
Thats very healthy and it has proteins too.
Or maybe traditional chicken poriddge (spelling?) Hahaha yeah.

Have some rice / noodles, steamed vegetables or fish, and herbal chicken soup. Try to get complex carbohydrates.

Avoid meat buns, fried dim sums, and anything else that looks fried or oily.

In addition to the above tips stick with shrimp, it is very low cal with lots of protien.

No soy sauce!!!

Use chop sticks because it will slow you down and you might feel fuller faster.

Steamed anything with brown rice and no sauce. Chinese food is the absolute worst thing you could possibly eat. I read an article that said the majority of the "popular" dishes have more than 2k calories. And whats worse than the calories is the sodium. Its absolutley loaded. So bad for you. If you love chinese food, and are on a diet, than I would "allow" this as my cheat food. In which case try to minimize what you usually get drinks lots of water with it, and be extra strict for the rest of the week. If chinese isnt your favorite than I would save the badness for something else....
