I'm trying to lose weight and do u think sauna suit can help?!

do 30 to 45 minutes of cardio every other day, try to stay away from foods that are high in fats and carbs, drink alot of water and try to increase you intake of fruits and vegetable; eat a fruit every 4 hours. also try to do some light weight training or calystetics, like push ups and sit ups and squats or lunges.. good luck

A sauna suit will not help. It will just make you sweat and you will be losing water - not fat. That doesn't do you any good. It just dehydrates you. Healthy weight loss is about 1-2 pounds per week, so you have to be patient with this. If you try doing something that's quicker, it will probably not only be unhealthy, but you will gain all the weight back that you lose plus some. Good luck and keep up the exercise.

I'm really not familiar with sauna suits, but I'd guess you would only be losing water weight, and not actual fat.

Depending on how much weight you want to lose, it can take a long time; especially considering it's unhealthy to lose more than two pounds per week.

Either way, exercise alone won't lose you the weight. You need to start counting calories.
