How often do you work out? Do you like working out?!


Question: Honestly I used to HATE working out! HATED IT!!!!!!! Then I decided that I wanted to look a different way and the only way to get that appearance was to work out. I run 2 miles 4-5/wk and lift weights 3x/wk. At first I had a hard time doing it and staying motivated. Now I am addicted to it. LOVE IT!!!!!! I like how I feel and look because of it. If I don't get my workouts in, I get grumpy. It is one of the best stress relievers I have ever found. If you are thinking about starting an exercise program just stick with it and I promise you will start liking what it does for your body and soul. Good luck!!!

I love working out. it relieves my stress and makes me feel good about myself. I usually workout 5 days each week. Running, Pilates, etc

i do yoga for an hour twice a week, i really like it. I wish i had time to weight lift too. It's nice to have some kind of movement in your life.

i work out 6 days a week for about 45mins- 1hr. i don't like working out but it's the only weigh i won't pack on teh pounds. my weight fluxuates a lot if i don't watch it....mainly it goes up then it takes me 3x as long to take it off.

i run for 15-20mins, cycle for 10-12 mins ---i hate cycling, do 100 crunches with my bender ball, do 50 leg lifts, and stretch.

Weight training:45 mins-1 hour/day/3 days on 1 day off

Cardio:30-40 mins on treamill

As a bodybuilder its my job to workout.I love working out.Keeps you in good shape and help you in winning competitions
