Workout online!?!
Question: can i watch a workout video online for free? i cant afford to buy one or join the gym at the momment so it would be great if i could get one online and get fit at home. Any help would be great thanks! x

no probs ...u kno wat u don't need any stupid gym or work out cd or videos to lose weight ..all u need is sum will power...75% of ur weight loss depends on ur diet i mean excersise is important bt diet is way more important ....if u live in a flat ...wlk up n down the stairs ....try drink more liquid ...bar urself frm alcohols ....get into yoga (helps alot)n never skip ur breakfast ....n try to avoid ur dinner ..fill ur stomach with soup ..n salad ....depnd ur life on fruits completely.n u kno wat if u r into dancing n all ...dance at home ur heart out ..it s a very very healthy stress buster!!!

I've seen workout clips on youtube.com.... try there.
Go on Yahoo and YouTube and look up "free workout videos."
And if you have Comcast OnDemand go into the sports and fitness section, there are tons of workout plans there.
