Any fruit will help such as apples, grapes, oranges, or even canned fruit like pineapple or peaches (the ones that are packed in fruit juice).
Or dried fruit such as raisins, dried apricots, or even prunes.

One other thing to consider - the saltier your meal is, the more you will crave sweets after.

try a healthy yummy smoothie or yogurt

Apples.... raisins.....grapes .... fruit fruit fruit!
natural low fat yoghurt with honey?

i find a drink i diet cola or water or get a hobbie do somthing to take ure mind off food. also if ure from the uk morrisons to peachs in 1kg jugs.

Shave some ice and put Splenda and fruit in it. (Pretty much 0 calories)
50 calorie puddings
A dinner mint
Fruit
Apple with yogurt
Orville popcorn (air popped) with cinammon and Splenda (15cal/cup)

EAT SUMTHIN SWEET

Any fruit - that's what I grab 9 times out of 10 if I want something sweet. It usually does the trick.

But when it doesn't, I eat sugar free chocolate pudding. It works for me, and doesn't have many calories at all.

Good luck!

you can find canned peaches or maybe ones in plastic cups in jars at the food stores ,just check the shelves in the canned fruit isle. this should help till the fresh ones are ready.
