If I want to lose 5 pounds ??!


Question: I am 5'4''
I weigh 111lbs
I want to lose 5 pound by May 12 or somewhere around there.
(I have a flab around my lower belly)
I want to be trim so I can ware a 2 peice swim ware.

How many Sit ups
or
crunches
or anything else should I do??

Please I am only 15 years old don't tell me to do 500 sit ups a day. I have school and homework and such.
But I need to lose this weight. I want to look good for this school trip I have...and we are swimming.
So any help with a fitness plan whould be nice.

Do 30 mins of elliptical and 30x3 sit-ups and do side sit-ups 30x3. That should get rid of it.
