How do i relieve soreness after a hard day lifting weights?!


Question: day 1: i spent 50 minutes lifting weights
day 2: morning comes, i become sore of muscles

how do i relieve the soreness faster

foods, vitamins, exercise?

what should i do, eat, not do to relieve soreness faster

Protein shakes help.
So does my favorite recreational drug------motrin.

As you become more experienced lifting, the soreness will become less an issue. In the meantime, take some aspirin, 2 or 3, or some Tylenol or Ibuprofren. Should help.
