What is the fastest way to loose weight?!


Question: burn more than you eat. Eat right, exercise 3-5 times a day and keep away all those junk food. I hate them because i just binged on peanut butter cookies and i feel really awful. Just make sure you're disciplined and take me as a lesson. DO NOT BINGE! good luck dear

A while back ago I was eating Special K Bars. which are only 90 calories and NO sweet's I lost a total of like 10 pounds in 2 weeks. No Lie. Becuase I was exercising and not eating takin in to many calories :]

The SAFEST and FASTEST way t lose weight....I would say..it would HAVE to be The Air Climber, or Turbo Jam Maximum Results.

My mom told me to walk a mile EVERYDAY and eat 1700 calories a day, and if I don't lose 2 pounds in 2 weeks, she's going to buy me turbo jam maximum results. You lose 10lbs in 10days, and about 10inches or your money back.

And lol, she's PROBABLY gonna have to buy it cuz i eat 1700 cals daily, and i do 45 min of cardio..and i haent lost !ONE lb lol. HURRAY!

Im on a diet now...Im losing almost a pound every 2 days...but im not psycho with it so if i dont lose that pound or maybe go up one[or 2] I just remember that both clothes and water weigh something.

I eat one meal per day and fluctuate between calories per day - meaning if i have 500 calories monday, I have 800 on Tuesday, 300 on wednesday, 600 on friday etc. I'm also joggin/walking/jogging/walking in the afternoons and i drink a gallon [half gal min] per day.

Just commenting on other people's answers:

It doesn't matter if you eat before bed. What matters is the total number of calories you consume throughout the day. You need to be burning more than you take in. The 'before bed' rumor started just because night time is when people tend to binge more.

Also, drinking lots of water doesn't help you lose weight.
