Do you lose more weight when you work out in the morning or at night?!

Question: You lose more weight when you exercise in the morning. Get up and go jogging before breakfast and it jump starts your metabolism and gets it running full speed all day. You may find yourself eating more when you do this, but it is normal. I follow this exercise and I eat an average of 4 square meals a day and still lose weight.

Doesn't matter I don't think. As long as you burn calories and eat enough to lose weight it will come off. Whatever's good for your schedule.

I've tried both and I seemed to lose more weight while exercising in the morning or mid afternoon than at night.

why the hell would it matter? your body doesnt give a sh!t if its night or day.

maybe you should just work out in the morning and night, if you wanna try to prove your bullsh!t theory that it actually matters

It's an interesting question. Donut pretty much as the gist of it.

Exercising in the morning will kick start your metabolism to run as efficiently as possible throughout the day. You may find yourself eating a little more but you will also be burning it up as your metabolism needs it (unless you eat sweets & other such bad stuff).

Morning exercise will also make you feel more motivated and happier; it will give you rosy cheeks and a fresh look. It is good for the body, mind and soul.
