Eating too much sugar causes wrinkes. I love sweets & desserts.?!

1) If I stop eating sugar, will my skin revert back to norma i.e. less wrinkles?

There is no medical or scientific proof that sugar or chocolate has any effect on skin, wrinkles or complexion. If you already have wrinkles you can't get rid of them, you can only smooth them slightly or cover them up.

To stop a sugar addiction, simply eat a few less sweets daily. Replace candy and desserts with fruit. Fruits, of course, contain fructose which is a natural sugar so it's much better for you.

don't know about the wrinkle thing but...
you can only stop a sugar addiction by not eating sugar. after a while you'll barely even crave it anymore, and if you think you could handle it then maybe you could have it once in a while then...

oh, one more thing... if you do something like only allow yourself sugar on one day of the week, then it'll be easier to hold off because you know that there will be that one day when you can eat it. that way it's not so much like banning yourself and thinking that you're not allowed to have it.
