Running,walking,jogging all of it is good for you joggin at a steady pace will work for you ,but nerver stop moving just walk at a fast pace.Running will only make you give up fast.

jogging or walking.. but I prefer jogging. It's aerobic, so you will be needing the right environment for you to jog in (trees, plants, no pollution)

for the hip weight, I suggest hula hoop

Um..... minimize damage so you can continue "moving" at your best pace, and maximize your improvement to become healthier and more active.

It really depends on your health background.

Speed walking is the best, running and jogging are really hard on your knees any physical therapist or doctor will tell you the same thing.

I prefer walking because its easier to do and that tends to make you do it longer lol Plus you can multi-task when walking such as with friends or walking your dog.
