everyone else has good ideas but I would like too add something. don't try to starve it off, eat 4 - 5 small meals a day instead of 2 -3 like most dieters and keep working out. eat the same amount of calories. you want your body to think it has a endless supply of food, that way it won't hang on to any extra fat. if you skip a meal your body will save some your next meal as fat as a survival instinct. most people have a hardest time getting those last few pounds off, because they've trained their body to be ready to skip a meal.

Very slowely. It takes a while. You might be able to see the improvement, but keep to it and it will go away.

stop using your car and walk or get public transport everwhere.

those are the hardest to lose...... keep going...eventually it'll come off!..in themeantime re-evaluate your diet and exercise program... some times our bodies get use to what we're doing and adjust..... you might need to up the anti so to speak.... rearrange your workout... keep your body guessing and forcing it to have to work to complete the workouts...

You have to shock your system. What happens is that your body gets used to a certain routine... So I would suggest changing up your workout routine or eating routine and the results will happen.

I know how you feel. After a while of not losing anything it make you want to give up. Don't! I will come off eventually.
