Work out schedule!?!?!?!

Stay away from all processed foods including (but not limited to) anything that comes in a can or a box.

Use fruit or veggies for a ten a.m. snack or so. Eat at least 4-6 times daily. Do not over eat. Walk around (go for a walk) at least for 30 minutes a day.

DO NOT EAT: Pasta, bread, cookies and so on (nothing with flour of any sort.) No candy or dried fruit. No cheese!
Stay away from rice and potatoes.

Honesty - it is that easy.


I decided to add something very personal here: 5 years ago, I weighed close to 300 lbs. I went on the Atkins no carb diet and lost 160 pounds. I was fortunate enough to have been active (although heavy) my entire life. Because I exercised (walked, rode a bike - used a bow flex now and again) I did not have the loose skin associated with great weight loss.

It took me 9 months to lose the weight and I have kept it off for 4 years and some odd months. It really works. If you are lucky and only have a few pounds to lose, then here is a quick and safe way. After that, keeping it off is easy.

Thanks - I don't get a chance very often any more to tell people about it. It's just not an issue anymore.

Get you on a diet at your local library or buy it. It has a twenty minute workout in there that tells you exactly what to do. It also has a list of foods you should and should not eat. And then it gives you a grocery list so you can buy all new food. Good luck.
