What should I eat for a healthy lunch?!
Question: I was thinking of making a turkey(0 fat) sandwich with whole grain bread. The bread is enriched with sunflower flax and all that good stuff ;). 2 slices of it is worth 270 calories and 7 gms of fat. I don't know if I want to have that. Any other suggestions?

I try to keep my meals under 300 calories. I eat 5 to 6 times a day because in all my years of dieting no other method has worked as well as this. When I eat over 300 calories I burn it off right away, no excuses.
When I have a sandwich I either make it on one slice of bread or I make a whole one, eat half and then eat the other half 2 hours later just to keep the engine burning right.
forget about calories and carbs. have a steak with some asparagus or potatoes
