If I am 5 feet tall, weigh 98 pounds, and eat less than 300 cals a day...?!

Question: how much weight could I lose in a week?

Answers: how much weight could I lose in a week?

Smart.

You won't lose much weight, since you're already pretty thin. You're BMI is 19.1, and an underweight BMI is 18.5

I would say 6-8 lbs though; mainly water weight.

hm.. how much weight could you loose in a week

you could loose your life, go to a therapist

that is...SO unhealthy. a bowl of cereal with milk is like 300 cals....if you are trying to lose weight stick with traditional cardio and good carb sources like whole wheat

well you could scoop out ur brain-- wait i think u already did

You're in a healthy weight range for you height..but you are close to being underweight..don't lose anymore. Your body needs more than 300 calories a day to survive smart one..geez..take care of yourself.

I think you ought to be more worried about your life.

lmao what u eat all day? 100 cals, 3 cereal bars?! and water ? lol unhealthy

u risking ur life

It's not how much weight you'll lose in a week, it's how many weeks will you live before you DIE!

You may have body dysmorphic syndrome - get help while you still have time.

The truth is that you cont need to lose weight if you are 98 pounds and 5 feet tall loo at this chart it tells you that the average 5 feet tall person should weight 104-120 pounds but you will lose about 5 pounds but thats no healthy for some one who is 98 pounds

a lot...if theres any fat left on you

A lot, but it won't be fat. All the good muscle that burns calories and speeds your metabolism will all be eaten away leaving the fat for last and feeding on your important organs after the muscle. Gross. Don't be stupid, eat and exercise and don't lose any more weight (your almost underweight). If you continue this you'll end up looking sick, unhealthy, gross, and no one will want to be around you. Get help, if you don't you'll probably kill yourself with this eating plan. If you choose to be stupid.......... well then, have fun with your heart attacks, hair loss, dry skin, etc.
