You can't get taller just because you want to. Its in your genes. It might help a bit to drink milk and get lots of calcium, and stretch daily. But overall, you will just have to wait until you're done growing.
It's called puberty, it makes you taller. Trouble is, for a girl, usually you're done with your growth spurts by about 17. I had one when I was 21, but I still have baby teeth too so go figure on that.
That's really all that you can "do" for height- sit back and see what mother nature gifted you with.
genetics. I've heard of taking growth hormone during puberty, or you can learn to live with it.
