How long will it take me to loose all that belly fat? I heard people say it takes 16 weeks from belly fat to 6 pack abs, is that really true? Because I've been eating healthy, swim 2-3 times a day, dance 20-30 minutes a day, and sometimes run when I feel like it. I've been working on it for 2 weeks and I dont really see any diference.

Personally I think that's pretty big tummy, when I sit down, it may look even bigger. Do you guys think it's big? small? medium?

Also is my stomach crease too noticable? Is it possible to get rid of it somehow.

Your stomach is honestly not that big. I would say it's on the smaller side. But since it's something that bothers you, then it's best you work on it.

If I were you, I would do some exercising that targets the area. I honestly think you would benefit from daily sit ups and crunches. I know a guy who has a full 6 pack and got it by doing nothing more than crunches on his bedroom floor.

Because it appears like you're a good weight otherwise, I would say give it a month or so to see some real results. Make sure you take measurements so you know if you're really changing or not. Even a centimeter is good. And do 50-100 crunches each day. If you can handle more it will only help. It's possible that it can take upwards of 16 weeks to show real results, but you can speed it up by trying your hardest. Just push yourself to your personal limits and I think you could easily cut that time in half at least.

The stomach crease should go away with time as you lose inches. In the meantime, you can help by using some cocoa butter lotion.

You're doing great... Keep it up!!

I personally, don't mind it. I think that physical appearance doesn't really matter. As for your first question, do physical activities centered around your abs. Like sit-ups and whatnot. By doing 30 sit-ups a night, I got defined abs in less than two weeks!

medium dood
i mean i dance for at least 1hour and 30 min's along time, and i still have some belly fat, and i noticed that what helps me lose it more is sit up's and running, so you know you better start doing sit ups, you already have a pack formation, (not pack forming)
but pack formation all you have to do is a couple crunchies, runs, stick to you daily routine, eat healthy, and get rest, and by late june you should see pretty good results

yes! it is possible, yet it takes time. I think your stomach is not that big, and it will be faster if you diet healthy along with your exercise routine. Try not to eat after 6 pm.
Good Luck!

I wish I had your stomach, mines is bigger than that. But join a gym or something.
