If the bloating goes on daily........?!

Question: I'm told that bloating is only temporary but what happens if it happens.. almost everyday? (without back pain or abdominal pain)
I'm a very healthy eating person but i realise, whenever i finish eating ( I eat moderately), my stomach would bloat. It would bloat even more when i eat fruits after that, causing me to look 3-5 months pregnant on some days.
However, there are those other days (especially in the morning), when my tummy is really tight and flat, but yet again, it will bloat out after i have lunch or dinner.
I don't think it's menstrual bloating because it's getting often ever since last year.
I don't have any pains when it occurs.
why is this/

(and no, I don't admit to be completely flat, but at least my tummy doesn't exactly bulge out like it does during the 'bloat')

I have the same problem..I have been taking flax seed..which is fiber...add more fiber to your diet...It sounds like IBS..I have ibs...make a journal of the foods you eat..how do they make you feel afterwards?
1..eat more fiber..
2..make a journal of the foods you eat..
3..drink lots of fiber, you need to increase water when taking fiber..
hope this helps...if it doesn't,go to the doctor..

Hi. Do you have irritable bowel syndrome or constipation? These can lead to bloating.

You can try taking medications to prevent bloating (usually taken before meals); digestive enzymes can also help. You can tell the pharmacist your symptoms and they may be able to suggest what would be suitable for you.

However, if things don't improve, I would suggest you see a doctor.

I agree with RS, but also consider lactose intolerance.
