Best way to get into shape in two weeks holidays?!
Question: Hi im alex, im 17 and at the moment i am doing my A levels, I work out a bit (about 5 - 8 hours a week) and know my way reasonabely well round the gym. Ive now got 2 weeks off college, which i want to spend trying to get more into shape!
My main goals are to:
- Burn fat
- Build muscle
Any advice? Suggested workout? Suggestions for my diet

use the extra time to go for a run in the morning or something, as your body burns fat best first thing and it will keep your metabolism high for the rest of the day.
go to the gym more than normal.
just keep your diet healthy, lots of fruit, veg and water, plenty of fibre, limited cakes, chocolate, biscuits, fizzy drinks etc.

Realistically you are not going to change things in 2 weeks. 5-8 hours vigorous gym is more than most would do already!
