Cell mass is creatine which is a volumizer, meaning it helps you retain water and is good for strength gains. This won't put muscle mass on by itself by it may help you do more work or a couple extra reps. I'd look into protein powder or a weight gainer if you're extremely skinny.

Food is always the best supplement though.
