Answers: i want to lose for example 8 kilograms in 1 month pls help

well for a start you dont need to lose weight at your age and another thing is that you couldnt lose that much in a month without serious damage....youd be practically speaking anorexic if you where only 51 at 14 so just be happy with the way you look because your not fat by any means.....unless your like 2 feet tall

Start a sport that you can really get into. I started Taekwon-Do about half a year ago and so far I've lost about 5 kg.

Why do you want to lose weight? Thats not overweight
59 is a perfectly healthy weight. But if you really want to waste your time, dont diet, just eat more healthy food and get 30 a day.
pffft. . . 59

the best way to lose weight is the corniest way, eat healthy and exercise.i understand tat ur 14, but try waking up in the mornin 4 a jog, of walk around the mall, block or w/e. and if u dnt no how 2 eat healthy, pass on the junk food, and try goin 4 a salad.granola bars are really good 4 u and they taste great.try not to eat out often. and dnt try a diet right off the bat.b/c u will be very hungry, ease ur self to it. and once you get used to that try smaller portions

i am just around your age and i say buy and use the total gym(its woth it) and do streching and old school sit ups also instead of having a large breakfast try having one carnation breakfast drink

Why do so many of these question sound the same. lol That is a lot of weight to drop in that amount of time for someone your age and weight, especially if they are new to cutting weight. It can be dangerous if done wrong. I wouldn't advise you to do so, but if you really have to, this is how.

The best way to lose weight is to change your diet, eat more meals but smaller portions to increase your metabolism. Try running, going on the exercise bike, crunches on a exercise ball or incline bench, jump rope, aerobics, yoga, pilates, lifting weights and martial arts. Those are a few options to choose from, feel free to try them all and find some other ones and decide what works best for you. Also switch up your exercises for best result(don't do the exercise 2 days in a row). The most important things to remember are eating right , keeping hydrated, working out daily. Don't push yourself too hard the first time and just keep on adding on to your workout.

Myself I'm 19, 6'5", 245 pounds, and a bodybuilder/martial artist. It takes a lot of hark work and commitment, I know there will be times you will want give up, but just hang in there. In the long run it will all pay off. Hope this helps you. Have fun and good luck!

im 15 and i weight 45kg, ill give you advice... if you work out at the gym, stop. you gain weight because you gain muscle. You need to run and push yourself till you throw up or at least try, eat low fat, high Gi and no cholesterol foods such as raw egg, fruit, salads, vegitables and take centrum to balance your vit&min levels, for adults, your 1 year under but i started 3 years under. Walk with friends to the park and talk, or you can even play a sport for a whole season. Scedule your week this week and see what happens. you don't lose weight in seconds, it take weeks. Good luck
