How much weight weight could I lose in 12 days? How do I do it?!


Question: I have a lot of free time (its Easter break) so I think Ill start a diet tomorrow. I want to lose like 5-6 pounds, but I want to be healthy.

If you need to know, Im 5'2, 103-4 pounds. (Dont say I dont need to lose weight because I look a little chubby, even if you probably wouldnt think so)

Thats not true. I'm sure you have items around your house other than a jump rope. You just need to eat healthy, and exercise to burn off more calories than you eat. Jog, jump rope, you could to lifts with books and things, crunches...

Good luck. You could probably lose the weight you want in that amount of time if you do it right.

you probably need to tone and you won't look chubby any more. do crunches and some jogging. Your weight is fine you just need to add some muscles. eat a diet low in fat with a good mix of veggies and lean meats like chicken and fish and you should be good.

Go on a crash just have veggies/fruit, no bread or pasta, no soda, little milk, cardio workout and if you eat snacks, again veggies of fruit and the willpower to stick it out and your should be at the goal you wanna be.
