Diet help please?!


Question: I want to start a diet, but don't know what to do as there are so many different ones. I like food, so I find it hard when i try to diet. Does anyone have any suggestions that don't involve starving myself. I weigh about 9 1/2 stone and would like to go down to 8

first! all that drinking water and dont snack stuff is bull!
ive got a book about eatin ur suppose to have 1-2 pints of water a day NO MORE! and if u think cuttin down on meals is gonna make u any thinner then ur kiddin ur self! u put more weight on not eatin then when you do when you eat. eat as nomal such as breakfast dinner and tea u can have snacks in between such as chocolate u need it so all them ppl that r tellin u not to eat it cos u will put weight on u need it cos it gives u energy!! dont eat after 5 and try and eat meals that have protien in them my m8s doing that diet what ive just told ya nd she gets wade every tues nd by every tue she lost atleast 3 pounds x

A good start is to eliminate all drinks but water and start a walking regimen that is regular, Dont eat past 7 I have heard but I just dont eat past 9. But the only drinking water thing is a great start

Eat no more than 1700 calories a day. DON'T deprive yourself from foods you love like candy or pizza because if you do, then you will most likely cheat on your diet and binge later on.

Make sure you get at least 45minutes of exercise 5-7 times a week.

REplace sugary drinks with 1% milk, skim milk, or water. If you don't like drinking water by its self, try squeezing one lemon or a lim into it. But DON'T add sugar.
