What vitamin supplements should i be taking?!


Question: i am a high school junior who weight trains 3-4 times a week and love body building. But i DONT love eating my vegetables. I know this affects my ability to build muscle because i am not consuming a significant amount vitamins or essential amino acids. Please tell me the important stuff i am missing in my diet and what supplements i can take to get them in my diet. thanks a bunch

what is your goal? to bulk up, or to lose weight and tone your body?

either way, if you are weight training, then take a protein supplement - this will provide you with amino acids.

Take a multi vitamin, try to get something better than centrum. If you want you can add some creatine too.

You are young and still growing, and honestly, if you do too much, you can stunt your growth - and I mean your height. Altering your body at a young age can have consequences, so try to keep things as natural as possible.

Vegetables are not going to make your muscles get bigger, protein is. If you eat protein and a multi, then you will take care of the basics. I know you don't want to hear this, but going much farther than that should wait until you have reached your full grown size. at least 18 years old

Honestly just take a multi vitamin daily.. that's all you need unless your severely lacking something in your system, but you can only find that out by going to the doctor.

hmmm jus eat regulary and u need to still eat healhy
as long as u keep eating fruits and not eating vegies is a problem. but there are subs like vita pills, those centrino ones ( i m not sure if thats what its called) its symbol or w.e looks like a rainbow of color it has like all of the vitamins, keep taking vita c, and calcium pills seem good,
oh yea and dont forget PROTEIN, protein shakes and eggs eat a crap load of eggs if u dont wanna buy protein shakes those shakes or powders are exspensive, u can also get protein from fish and eggs basically, but eggs make ur burp like crazy and they smell terrible
