What are some good arm work outs to produce mass?!


Question: My arms now measured cold are a lttle over 17.5 and after I workout they are over 18, I would love any advice to get them where they would be 18 without a pump. I have tried a lot of diffrent things. Any more advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.


I do alot of diffrent stuff.

I try "shocking " my muscles alot. I used to think that the close hand grip bench did good for my tri's, and concentration curls for my biceps. I have been lifting for about 8 years, I just can't get over this giant hurdle. I don't take supplements at all. Maybe I should try some....who knows?

supplements, lots of water, and rest!!! give muscle the time to recover from hard workout and chance to grow....

I've only worked out for about 2+ years my arm went from 15~18 cold...and about 19~20 after working out

do 3~4 bicep exercises when you working them out
fwd grip straight up
90 degree bar curl
concentrated curls
seated incline dumbell curls
twist curls with either dumbell or rope on machine weight

try nitric oxide for muscle pumps.

and creatine for growth.

whey protein after every workout.

try max outs. life the heaviest weight you can with low reps.
