What is something goo dto take before working out that will give me a ltttle bit!


Question: I have tried alot of pills, but since they don't put that ephedrine stuff in it, they just do not seen the same. I am currrenlty taking caffeine which seems to help, but I would like to find something else?

I use hydroxycut hardcore. There are a lot of problems with it if you take it as a lazy man's diet pill, but if you take it the way I do, it really gives you that boost. The bottle says to take three pills two times a day. I ignore that, because I am not looking to drop weight fast - I just need the boost to get myself pumped. So I take one pill, thirty minutes before my workout. Thats it. It boosts me up, and gets me ready to work out. Sometimes, I even find that after my hour work out, I am not ready to leave the gym, and I have to force myself.

If you take it as a diet pill alone it causes jitters, stomach ache, massive headaches, and all sorts of other things due to the caffeine. But if you take it before going to the gym, all it does is give you energy and make you see some results a little bit faster.
