Is it ok to have a slice or two of pizza when you're on a diet?!

Question: I've been making an effort to get in shape(lose weight) and have been working out for the past 2 weeks.

Will eating one slice of pizza effect my efforts, and make me lose all that I have gained?

Will all my hard work and exercise go to waste?
Will I gain like 5 pounds?

The most important thing is to not feel guilty about it...as long as it is a sensible amount. But yes! Indulge yourself with a slice now and again to reward your hard work. But don't feel guilty or stressed about it. That will only hurt your efforts. Enjoy your pizza!

No, the problem starts to arise when you eat to much pizza (5-6 pieces) to often (more than twice a week). If you have been on a diet and exercising, dont feel guilty or weighed down by the fact that you had a little treat.

Of course it's ok. As long as you just have 1 slice and a salad and that is a sensible meal. I am losing weight and I have 1 slice of pizza. I have lost 4lbs already so it hasn't affected me. Try to keep it between 250-350 calories though. Don't eat a HUGE piece. It's totally alright..

no its not ok, pizza has alot of calories.
