I am NOT goin on a diet, but i wanna kinda lose some weight, but no diet...any i!

you could try the after 5 diet, where you don't eat anything after 5pm. or exercising

If you have no plans on dieting, then you def need to work out and burn more calories than you take in everyday. When I work out it suppresses my appetite so I guess that's your only chance, unless you wanna start smokin crack!!!

Portion contro.... eat what you want just a little less of it... or cut onw thing out that you eat bad... for my mom it was ice cream... just cut that out and bam like 5 punds like nothing.... me it was pop.

or do a little bit of exercise.... 10 minutes of excersice 2-3 times a day

I know a great way.

Keep eating snacks, it's proven when someone eat's small , note i said small, small snacks during the day , they won't eat big meals.

Also have breakfast as a good breakfast means youl eat less lunch.

Also exercise :) You won't lose weight without exercises. Maybe walk instead of driving to school. Maybe go out to town, or perhaps go to your mates.

Eat more fiber and drink more water... An then exercise if you still have energy left in you.

EAT LESS of what u already eat. smaller portions and more variety... works as long as u don't over indulge :)

you should just be a little careful of what you eat, dont go on a diet but try to keep away from those really heavy and fattening foods and you can also exercise but if you dont want to just be careful and watch what you eat before you eat it

eat slowly. Take small bite and chew very slowly. This will help you to be fuller faster therefore no diet or extra exhaust needed

Exercise and eat right. When you eat, make sure you have a "good plate" (a nutritionist taught me this) Like a pie chart...half your plate veggies, 1/4 starch, 1/4 meat. Cut out junk food. If you need something sweet, go for fruit, but balance it with a piece of cheese, to keep you fuller longer.

This is not a diet, its just smart living!

yeah. just avoid eating fast food and anything that contains flour that means no bread,no flour tortillas, and anything cooked with oil ok. so that means everything you eat has to be either grilled oven cooked, eat lots of veggies and fruits and you can eat a lot hahaha.

Obviously exercise is going to be the best. However, I recently just "changed" my eating habits and lost weight. Not really a diet, but for example every morning i would eat a bagel with cream cheese. I now eat that but only once a week and switched to eating a cereal or a low fat cream cheese. Just being aware of what you eat can help you lose weight

A diet is what you eat. You are on one right now but you have stated that you want to lose so weight so I would say that your current diet is not working for you. Modify what you are eating and the times you are eating until you get something (a diet) that will let you lose the weight you desire. Don't be scared to call it a diet. Everyone is on a diet. Some to gain weight and some to loose weight and some to maintain their weight. But it is a diet non the less.
