Im 13 years old and weigh about 125lbs. I need a workout routine to loose weight!


Question: - I'm a 13 year old male and weigh 125lbs. I'm 5'1''
-i wan't to loose belly fat and just get at least a flat stomach by july because i'm going on a trip to Europe and i wanna look good on the beach
-I play rugby and practice 2-3 times a week for an hour in a half
- PLEASE i need some one to e-mail me and see if you can help me get a routine going.
*I don't have weights all i have are two 15lbs. dumbbells and no excersize ball

well i dont think that you need to lose weight!! it all just depends on your body type and such! whats really important is that you are active and you eat a nutrious diet. but, if you are really set on a work out routine, first i would either take a walk for about an hour (after 45 minutes you will start buring fat) or walk first for about five minutes to warm up, run for about fifteen or twenty minutes then walk for about five minutes to cool down. then i would do twenty normal crunches, and then twenty side crunches on the left and right side and work on doing more as you get stronger. lunges and jump roping are great for your legs. as for your arms, do as many pushups as you can and then just use your weights to do other arm workouts! its okay if they are only 15 pounds! just try to do this every day, and remember, its good to give yourself a day to rest so your muscles can "heal".

and remember, always stretch before and after!! also, try to not eat a lot of junk food and have plenty of fruits and vegitables! hope this helped!

You need to retain your weight if you play rugby. Just try to convert some fat into muscle if you have any excess fat.

u r at a normal weight for ur age

your younge so eating right will go a really long way.
and dumb bells can work fineeeeeeeee.
just eat right and run, and work your muscles like pushups becuase muscle burns fat

ur fine bro jus eat smaller portions or try walkin/runnin u can use ur dumbels ifu wanna gain muscle
do situps to tone the fat daily

You are talking about baby fat, and it will stay with you until you get to about 20. If you want to try to loose it. start walking and do sit up to work on the stomach. At 5'1' and 125 you do not seam that far off of your height to weight scale. .The only other thing is to push back from the table sooner. Good luck to you, and at 13 why are you so concern about how you look at the beach, that is usually a girl thing. Just have fun.
