Eat protein. The amount for an average person with a 2,000 calorie diet is about 50 Grams of protein. So if you eat MORE than that, you add to your muscle mass. If you're trying to bulk, the minimum is 1 gram of protein per pound you weigh. Only eat 2 grams per pound if you're REALLY trying to bulk.
Remember to eat healthy. Cut out fast food and ALL Trans fats. Limit your saturated fats. And obviously, EXERCISE! Run to burn calories and fat so that you can see your muscle mass beneath any body fat you have.
And do 6-12 reps with about 2-4 sets of HEAVY weight. If you do lots of reps with a lower weight, you'll tone the muscle but you won't bulk. Good luck.

Get the perfect pushups. I got them about a month ago, and I got great results. My max pushups went up about 10-12, and I have noticed that my chest and triceps are getting bigger.

make a set schedule so you wont forget

Eat lots of protein. Soy would be healthiest. Run every day, stretch your muscles before and after. EAT FOR IT. Eat your protein after you workout.

Get some weights and start pumping!! If you can't get weights. . . you can use canned goods. Check out the cans in the kitchen cabinet!! In a couple of years you will be hitting your growth spurt and your body will be changing.... Don't expect overnight changes---just take it slow.
