Problems Losing Weight-HELP!?!


Question: I am having problems losing weight. I am not diabetic nor do I have thyriod problems. I eat healthy and exercise but nothing seems to be working. I get up at 5am and exercise for an hour before work and walk moderately on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes after work. I am at my witts end. I try to eat a well balanced diet full of fruits, veggies, and protein. I can tell I'm losing some inches and I've probably lost about 7 pounds, but it seems like I am stuck at this same weight and can't seem to lose anymore. Most of my weight is around my belly. I'm at least 30lbs over weight. What more can I do?? I'm at the point of frustration/giving up because exercising and dieting isn't really working. I've been at this for a good 6months. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

They will give you the recommended daily amount of calories you should consume based on height/weight/age in order to meet your goals. Its a great site!
Also, try more cardio. Weight loss= burning more calories than you consume. In order to effectively burn calories, you should be sweating by the end of your workouts!
It's tough, but hang in there!!

Do not give up hope. Once you do that, you will never be able to lose weight. Keep doing what you are doing and see a nutritionist. A nutritionist will be able to tell you times a day to eat and other things. Please, do not lose hope. So many people plateau as you have and give up hope, but you can still lose weight. This plateau will end eventually and you will lose the rest of the weight.

Well first the older you are the harder is it to drop weight, i dont know your age so i dont know if that has anything to do with it, second go to skinnyondiets.com they have reveiws of every diet plan and pill out there, personally i have trouble as well and t is not my age, fat just likes to cling to me, but try their top rated pill, miracle burn, it is for all ages and it worked for me, i am currently pregnant so i cant take it right now but as soon as i have her i am going on it, it has a very high success rate without jittery side effects. good luck

Try eating six smaller meals a day. Possibily get into weight training, this will realy help you lose fat because when you weight train correctly, your muscles repair themselves at night time, this muscle repair process requires energy, thus you are promoting fat loss while you are sleeping and the more muscle you have, the more energy your body will burn.

the only problem it has is that it doesnt keep the weight off if you go back to eating rubbish then the weight goes back
