My BMI and BFI dont match...?!
Question: my bmi says that im perfect (19.5)
but my bfi (body fat inex) says im obeise
I dont understand
Im at hte perfect weight, and yet my body fat is in the obeisity range...

um ur BFI is never very acurate and usually bases alot on statistics of an average american ur age and height!!..so even being a fraction taller or weighin just a bit more can throw you right into the obese range.
