Winsor pilates ?!


Question: i have been doing pilates for about 20 sessions and i have not seen any results, i am already 110 but i want to be 105 and i eat good foods like oatmeal in the morning and for lunch i usually have a snack like sun chips and when i come home i have three to two snacks and then i eat dinner i just wanna know why is it not working !!!!!

Being that you're so thin already, your body is going to require even more calorie restriction than normal to lose any weight. Along with Pilates, try going on a powerwalk or something for 30 minutes 3 times a week and reduce your 3 snacks before dinner to only one. Try eating a healthier lunch, also. Sun chips probably isn't going to cut it.
