If you want a six pack, you need to eat McDonalds every day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You also need to NOT do any cardio activities.

young children worried about their weight and reading diet books at bookstores. Make me want to...nevermind

yes definitely. and i can't stand it when people encourage people to involve themselves in unhealthy behaviour and practices. it's quite a worry.

Yes. And whats with all these "if I do __ crunches.." and "if I dont eat for __ many days..." questions? People need to be more informed about health and the human body.

yep. and even more so i see people (usually 14 year old girls) who are tall and weigh hardly anything saying; am i fat? and you calculate their bmi and its like 18 and its like do you really think youre fat or are you just making anyone even slightly heavier feel huge?
and people go; i eat one egg white a day and two carrots and run all night at the gym, is this healthy? -yeah, sure it is. is that what you want to hear?
