hahahahaha i liked how you pointed out crap. anyways you look fine, but if you want to be kinda leaner i would suggest losing 10-15

Ok, I have seen you pix and believe me when I say you do not need to lose any weight, you look very nice and very sexy as it is.

You have a pretty body, and i don't really think you need to lose weight. You might consider some exercises to tone what you do have

technicaly none your not overwieght, but if you want to lose wieght to feel better about yourself to increase you self confidence and just be a healthier person just a few, any more than 5-10 would make you look like nicole ritchie.

you dont really need to lose much. just do exercises to target your stomach and thighs.

sit ups, planks, bicycle sit ups, squats, wall sits, lunges, mountain climbers.
do all those.
