What exercises help you lose weight the fastest?!


Question: The key to losing weight is not beating yourself to death by hard excercise. We all want to lose weight FAST but it's not healthy

Good brisk excercise 30 min a day is enough. A good walk, a bicycle ride or whatever it may be, but you don't need to work yourself into the ground

Remember diet and excercise work hand in hand,

A recommended diet,
avoid pasta
white bread
sugar
juices with added sugars
fried foods
These are all loaded with carbs with pump your blood sugar up which increases hunger. You don't have to cut carbs out completely just decrease them.

Be patient with your weight loss, it will come off.
I have been following this diet and excercise program and lost 25 pounds within 3 months
NOT bad two pounds a week

Exercises don't help you lose weight. In fact, if anything, they could make you gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat.

well there are tons of ways so try some..... try.... washing dishes for 30 mins it can take off 150 calories!

CARDIO!!!! As much as we all hate it... You got to get on that eliptical or the stair stepper!

Using an eliptical machine burns alot of calories as does a cycle. If you have access to a gym for group lessons, spinning is fantastic for calorie burning and shaping the legs and buttocks.
If you don't have access to that the next best thing is jogging or swimming.

The high intensity exercises that burn calories are the best but choose carfully. Make sure it is something you enjoy or can learn to enjoy. For me it was cycling.

Cardio work with intensity varying from high to mid burns a lot of calories. Weight training also keeps you metabolism varied throuought the day.

But for most people what you eat is going to be more important than what specific exercise you do.

What i do is eat smaller portions take green tea tables one time a day after you eat lunch and i take a walk/job almost everynight. And 100 sit ups a day it will take off the weight and tone you down as well. The main thing is dont eat junk food and eat smaller portions. AND DONT GIVE UP. Good luck

THESE ARE ALL NICE BUT THE REAL WAY IS...
by doing intervals! Honest!

I am not much of a runner and never have been. I'm 23 now and have built up my endurance and literally burned my fat away by using intervals.

Intervals are when you do bursts of high intesity with low intensity. This could be running or using the elliptical machine.

My plan is to walk for 3 minutes and then run for 2 minutes. I do this for 30 minutes at a time and it has worked wonders. Just get a stop watch and a good pair of shoes!

By doing intervals you are varying your heart rate and tricking your muscles, causing more fat to be burned. Just doing it 3 times a week makes a huge difference. Pair this with eating a pretty good diet and youre golden!
