Fitness Training?!


Question: ok heres the deal iv always had anger problems and so my anger manegment teacher wants me to start fighting like the ufc kinda stuff wich workz cause i love fighting but im not exactly fit im not fat or anything like that i just aint as strong i i need to be theres a couple problems 1 i have no money at all for equipment so i need ideas for like home made weights and stuff 2 i have a bad shoulder and can only do like 20-25 pushups or whatever before i have to quit what can i do to puut less pressure on it 3 im a pretty picky eater no idea why but i really dont like fruits and vegetables but i love meat and eggs and stuff so how can i have a good diet and 4 what are some of the best things to do to get in shape

Run! Honestly the best cardio work out would be running. If your wanting to lift weights and have a bad shoulder then that could be hard. I would recommend loading up on that excedrin and just going for the push ups.

#1/2: Try running or crunches. Look up some exercises online that won't hurt your shoulder.
#3: Meats and eggs are a good source of protien. Eat lots of baked meats and any fruits or vegatibles that you do like
#4: Some of the best ways to get in shape are punching bags. You could also try to get into some type of sport such as martial arts.
