Will this help me get fit?!


Question: Hello there, im 16 years old and im in decent shape but with a little bit of excess fat in my mid-region. If i decide to start running and jogging for an hour each day, always keeping a steady heart rate. And i also cut the calories i consume daily by nearly 500 calories and eliminate all fast food and sugary drinks from my diet, will i lose this fat? I also plan on doing some sit ups but i'm not very good at them, i tire out within 100 usually. I also plan on liftin weights every other day, repping high and low on alternating days. If i do all of the above, it's guaranteed that i will loose that extra fat right?

(I plan on drinking a lot of water in place of the pop and koolaide.)

sounds like you know what you're doing.
guys are supposed to take in about 2800-3200 calories per day. if you wanted to lose weight, try to cut back to 2000-2200, drink water, eat healthier.
and push yourself to do those sit ups if you want to lose fat around the midsection.
sit ups, and bicycle sit ups. also, sit ups with your legs straight up (lying on your back, so your legs make a 90 degree angle with your body) will help the lowest part of your stomach.

you should have you tried planks

if you dont feel it in your ab region your doing something wrong but make sure to have your back flat like a board and keep your butt down
oh and it seems like you willl lose weight

Its important to eat right and lots of calories (1200-2000) to lose weight or all you will lose is muscle. Your body's metabolism will slow down and stop burning fat, therefore not helping you at all. Plus, you will be weak and tired by the end of the day. Eat right and exercise and your good to go.

actually commen sence tells you that you will but ill reansure you that you will because if you run keep hidrated and do situps youll be fine (the weight arnt really necesary but they will build up your bisceps and trisepts so youll have more muscle and youll be atracting a lot of attention)

To burn more calories build up more muscle on your body.

The best thing you can do for your body and for losing weight is running/jogging.

If you want to work your mid region you really need to start working your abs. Dont just do 1 kind of situps, there are like 30 different kinds you can do lol. Keep doing them every day you'll start getting better with them.

absoluty, four months ago i started running working out and eating much less and now a practically have a six pack. i went from 220 lbs to 185. im 6,2 i never realy yoused wieghts just differrent variations of situps. lots of pushups and many proper pullups. just hang in there step on the scale every three days. aim for 1 pound every three days

Eat normally for four or five days (steak/fries, pizza, burgers etc) and for the rest of the week just use Amphetamines. Give it a couple of months and your worries will end.
Although your life might also.
Joking aside I don't understand that at 16 you have this issue, the world has gone crazy and its inhabitants even crazier.
If you are getting grief/bullied because of your size then its up to you to try and get this sorted by a higher authority, but if you just want to look buff then you are sad.
