Question: wake up and you REALLY don't feel like working out? What gets YOU motivated?

I remind myself of how refreshed I feel afterwards. It really is a great feeling.

That and if I don't stick to my schedule it will be even harder to start up again the next day. Both physically and mentally.

I don't get motivated, which is why I am fat. Lol.
I go back to sleep...and workout later.

I don't work out in the morning..I work out more towards mid day and evening. You just get up and do it. Push yourself.

In order to change the way you look you need to be consistent in your diet and a workout routine. I work a different muscle group each time and I don't want to fall behind in anything so I go..I have pent up anger for a woman friend of mine that fuels my workouts...it's good to re-channel it through weight training..even without that anger if I want to look a certain way by a certain time I must be consistent with it..

one thing to consider is if the morning is the best time to be working out. pick the time of day when you have the most energy, and work out then. whatever you do, be consistant. that is soooo important. otherwise, you will end up hitting the snooze button and gaining 5 pounds... lol. no but seriously, another important thing you should try is listening to motivating upbeat music while you're working out. also, try putting a picture of a model in a bikini on your fridge. that way, every time you want to eat.. you'll get motivated to not eat fattening food, and you'll want to work out. :]

I just get up and go to the gym, otherwise i won't have enough time to make it to the cycle class and i'll end up missing the school bus.
