NO-XPLODE does not have much creatine in it at all. According to BSN's website it has only 1 gram per scoop. In order for creatine to be effective you need between 5 - 10 grams a day. NO-XPLODE is more for workout intensity and to get better pumps. I know from experience that after a few weeks the effects of it wear off because you started getting used to it.

If you are looking to build more muscle mass I would recommend buying a good creatine and a whey protein powder. If you can only afford one or the other go with the creatine because you can get your protein from food. There are tons of creatines out there but from my experience "SizeOn" by Gaspari Nutrition works very well and is pretty cheap. It also won't bloat you as badly as some of the other brands out there. "Vitargo-CGL" by Nutrex also works great. Don't buy from stores like GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. They are way over priced and you can get the stuff on-line for much cheaper. Try BodyBuilding.com when you do decide to purchase supplements. Also make sure you are eating enough because without the nutrients your body needs you will not be able to build any muscle.

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it's all 100% natural - a colon cleanse that was really gentle on my body. I feel so good and I lost 15 pounds). You can check the website at
http://www.diet-fun-help.us , I had a free trial and paid less than $5.00 shipping and handling. Best of luck!
