Yes we are what we eat. It is important to eat healthy foods even in the teen and young adult years as those habits will follow you into adulthood! So then when you reach adulthood you will put on more weight.I have ten pounds that I continuously fight with.

well yes that is true. just because u excersize doesnt mean u can eat bad foods and still be healthy. u might not become fat but u will still be in risk for heart disease as u get older. You need to excersize AND eat a healthy diet to stay healthy for life.

The eating habits of the young follow us into adult years.

Yes cause adults body does not work with the same way .....
When you are in teen years you won't have problems cause you still grow but the problem will stay in your body ( when you eat too much fatty foods)

very true. dont eat too much. just a small quantity in a month
