I like both the military press and the dead lift.
With the military press, I feel that I'm not only working my shoulders, biceps and triceps, but I'm also working my upper back. It targets a lot of areas. It is also an easy exercise to have poor form on, so I like the feeling when I control the movement and get the most out of my reps.
The dead lift is cool because it can be done in a few different ways to target certain areas. (Lower back, middle back, arms, etc.)

i like benching the most because it gives you bigger pectorals and i just feel alot stronger. also it helps when you get in a fight and need to push someone. lol

I really like the military press, I can really feel my muscles working when I do that one.

Standing flies
it works your shoulders as well as your chest

Barbell Deadlift. Just really taps into that primal urge to try and pick up the heaviest object you can. It also hits almost everything in your lower body and even challenges your lats & upper back as well.
