*** Burning 2000 calories at the gym ****?!

Question: hi i am 5"7 and 237lbs and i have recetly aimed to start burning 2000 calories at the gym but for that i work out an average of 3-4hrs at the gym usually the first two hours are ok but my body starts to break down in the third hour..yes i take breaks in between...an hour or 30 mins...
my question is that in the third hour i cannot keep my heart rate in the fat burning zone because of exhaustion..so is my body still burning anything at that time when im seeing those calories on the machine or is that just a waste of time and should i even bother doing the latter workout when im just out of energy...
wat does ur body burn when u are just completely out of energy i mean if thats how u feel but u still keep working out?....

How do you find time to work? don't you need a job to pay for the gym membership?
Sorry, I just had to poke a bit of fun at you.
It's not good to work out that much while you're still overweight. It doesn't help you get fitter or slimmer, it just puts unnecessary strain on your heart. It will burn calories, but your knees and your heart will hate you later.
Start with 45-60 minutes, and then slowly go up. I've been running long-distance for 10 years now, and I've seen way too many people mess up their joints and quit working out because they worked out too strenuously.
So, unless those 237 pounds are all pure muscle from wrestling, your body cannot handle 4 hours of working out right now. Start slow, and add time and resistance as you get stronger.

It is completely unnecessary to be working out for that long. You should be working out for 2 hours AT THE MOST. Its not surprising your body is exhausted.
