How often do you break your diet?!

Question: I'm talkin about life long diet, eating healthy to stay healthy and in shape, or when you do sports.

What's your experience, does the "weekend off" from a diet help to keep it otherwise, or it just gives you guilty conscience?

A weekend off won't do anything from a diet but it can offset the metabolism. It does give the guilty conscience and can make you lose motivation.

From experience a weekend off with drinks and lots of foods has made me feel plump and very unmotivated.

quite often...but i carry on with my diet and just try my best to eat smart and workout properly ..that alone works...

I'm not fat, but I tried getting on a diet once to become slimmer and it didn't really work well. So I just eat normally and exercise more which is really easy because I'm a sports person. I think the "weekend off" works cuz you get to fulfil your cravings and stops you thinking about your fav food all the time.

quite often

All the time.
I'm on low carb diet but I always cheat... Sometimes you just have to have a little treat! And yes, I feel guilty after that

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
http://www.easy-diet-fun-now.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
