What will crunches do for me?!


Question: i weight 140 pounds at 5'6

is it true that if i do crunches my stomach will get like more buff??

i dont want that i just want to lose 10 pounds
i sprained my ankle two weeks ago and i dont think i cant do any other excercise without putting pressure on my right ankle

It will build muscle below your fat.

The best thing to do is exercise and get rid of the fat, and use crunches to tone up.

I'm sorry about your ankle though. :[
In a couple of weeks, try walking. You lose a lot of calories, and it is also one of the best exercises that works mainly on getting rid of fat.

Rach is right. But remember, you still need to lose weight, so the results can be visible on your abs. Your abs can be toned by the crunches, but no one will see them until you lose weight. That's my problem too, haha!
