What's the easiest way to lose 15 pounds?!


Question: I am 16, and weigh almost 130 freakin pounds! i run 5/7 days a week and dont eat too much junk food. I dont know why i weigh so much, but i NEED to lose weight especially off of my buns, thighs, hips, and stomachs.

I know i need to lose weight by just looking at my thighs in the mirror so please dont say ur fine.

part of a good excercise is a healthy diet. Dont eat in a large portion. Its healthy to eat like 5 times a day, but really small portion. And cut out junk food, but it dosent mean u cant enjoy em :)

and u know if u run 5/7 days out of a week and work out, you could be gaining muscle, because muscle weights more than fat.

I cut out carbs and sodas, and I do plenty of cardio. The cardio is what's key, and muscle toning, and if you really want to lose that stomach you have to be dedicated to those crunches.

if ur pretty tall i dont see the problem...and it seems like ur weight mite all be muscle...muscle weights more than fat

Do sprints, run as fast as you can across a length of a basketball court and then back. Rest 30 seconds to a minute, repeat twenty to thirty times. after that do crunches maybe 100-200. you have to be dedicated.

What you're doing sounds good already, but if it's not working, you need to cut calories slightly, and do more cardio.

if you run 5 days a week then your thighs are bound to be bigger arent they? thats where all the running muscles are and since muscle weighs more than fat maybe you need to concentrate less on the numbers and more on the real picture. physical fitness levels as determined by scientific means.

go to a gym and have a fitness test. have them measure the fat at different places on your body and they will tell you whats good and what should go. people who just try to lose weight at any cost tend to lose it where they dont want to. they lose the attractive female shape and become stick insects
