Calve and/or Ab training every workout day?!


Question: I have heard that it is o.k. to train calves and abs every workout day. Is this true? Do they repair faster then other muscles on account of how much they are used in every day life? Please answers from people who bodybuild, not their girlfriends or family members.

Are you working for definition or toning. If definition you need to work them everyday if for toning you need to give them time to repair. So you dont build.
